These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Sauce Essentials website and the product-verification, store-locator, and email services offered on it (collectively, the "Services"). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years of age and a resident of, or located in, a jurisdiction where adult-use or medical cannabis is legal. By using the Services you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements. We may restrict access based on location and will deny access to anyone who cannot confirm they are 21+.

2. No online sales

Sauce Essentials does not sell cannabis products through this website and does not ship products directly to consumers. Products are available only through licensed dispensaries. Anyone offering "Sauce direct," "factory direct," or online-order Sauce products is not authorized and is almost certainly selling counterfeits.

3. The verifier & product information

Our verification tool indicates whether a code matches our records and whether it has been checked before. It is a strong signal of authenticity but is provided "as is." A connection error is never a counterfeit determination. If you believe you have a counterfeit, stop using the product and report it. Product descriptions, potency figures, and availability are provided for information and may change; the labeling and COA on the physical product control.

4. No medical claims

Nothing on this site is medical advice, and our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Cannabis affects people differently. Consult a qualified healthcare professional with questions about your health, and never operate a vehicle or machinery while impaired.

5. Acceptable use

• Don't use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of cannabis regulations.
• Don't attempt to probe, scrape, overload, reverse-engineer, or circumvent the verifier, age gate, or any security feature.
• Don't submit false counterfeit reports or impersonate others.
• Don't copy or reuse our content, marks, or imagery without written permission.

6. Intellectual property

The Sauce Essentials name, logo, product designs, site content, and verifier system are owned by Sauce Essentials and protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a limited, revocable license to use the site for its intended personal, informational purpose only.

7. Third-party links & services

The site links to third parties (for example, licensed dispensaries and Google Maps). We are not responsible for the content, products, or practices of third-party sites and services.

8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sauce Essentials is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Cannabis remains federally illegal in the United States; nothing here is intended to facilitate any violation of federal law.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
